OOP MimeParser API
This API consists of the utility classes for parsing HTTP POST request with multipart/form-data encoding. You can specify:

• the charset to parse the parameter text
• where to save the uploaded file
• restrict the size of the file to be uploaded
• restrict the mime-type of the file to be uploaded
• restrict the Content-Length of the request for file upload
• restrict the width/height of the image file (PNG, GIF or JPEG) to be uploaded

The following API is required :

• JavaMail(TM) API
• JavaBeans(TM) Activation Framework extension
